You will be greeted with our Mercasa Signature Antipasto and an Aperol Spritz.
- 6:30 pm – Antipasto reception
- 7:00 pm – Three-course dinner
Potato gnocchi three ways:
- Traditional Bolognese
- Creamy porcini gorgonzola
- Basil arugula pecorino pesto
- 8 oz Organic Chicken Breast filled with ricotta & sweet potato
- Served on a bed of roasted garlic & chilli rapini
- Mixed baby greens salad in a balsamic vinaigrette
- Ricotta & pear cake (imported from Italy)
