    Panko crusted 8 oz breast of local grain fed chicken filled with Prosciutto di Parma, house roasted red peppers, sautéed spinach and Friulano cheese

    Stuffed Chicken del bosco:

    • Breaded breast of local grain fed chicken stuffed with duxelle of wild mushrooms served with a cognac mushroom sauce
    • Pork Picatta with organic lemons, capers in a Pinot Grigio sauce

    Rosemary crusted chicken suprême:

    • Suprême portion of local grain fed chicken crusted with rosemary and fine herbs
    • Pancetta wrapped pork tenderloin with a thyme and Port wine reduction
    • 10 oz filet mignon (tenderloin of 28 day aged AAA beef)
